To serve our community and our church, the Body of Christ, by sharing Christ centered values with clients from all walks of life, as we provide compassionate, biblically based counsel and instruction.

Mission Statement

MorningStar Counseling Center partners with Little Bonne Femme Baptist Association, complying with all state licensure requirements, to provide competent yet affordable services to clients in the Mid Missouri area, regardless of religious affiliation.

MorningStar sponsors and conducts activities to help train and support counselors and other community members who are working to promote healing within the church, the Body of Christ, as well as within the community at large.

Doctrinal Statement

We believe in:

• The Bible as God's inspired, inerrant Word
• The Holy Trinity of the Godhead
• The virgin birth of Jesus as the Son of Man and the Son of God
• The death and resurrection of Jesus as God's atonement for sinful human nature
• The need for each individual to respond to God's grace by faith
• The sanctifying presence of the Holy Spirit in the lives of all believers

For I am sure that neither death nor life, ...nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
